Winemaking: 100% destemmed, cold soaked, wild ferment, racked once, no filtering or fining, only French oak. Bottled February 07.
Colour: Lighter style and lively.
Nose: Aromatic – rose petals, a feminine perfume.
Palate: Beautiful primary fruit, silky fine grain tannins, spicy and peppery.
Cellaring: Will cellar over many years.
