The Deanery has had loads of great press recently and was awarded a chef's hat in the current edition of "The Age Good Food Guide' as well as a 'three glass' gong (meaning: excellent!) in the recent Gourmet Traveller Wine /Fine Wine Partners "Wine List Of The Year" awards for their exceptional wine list. The much-heralded Robin Wickens is now in the kitchen and delivering some wonderful fare from the sophisticated to the slightly wacky! Owner and Sommelier Anthony Jones has long been a fan of Gembrook Hill and is particularly fond of our sauvignon blanc. Says Anthony: "Gembrook Sauvignon Blanc is a permanent feature on our wine list. It's the one we turn to when people want something a little more savoury and complex with food.
